Gran Mere’s Cuisine

When you walk in to gran mere’s upper level maison flat, you find yourself in an old world grandeur of whitewashed walls lined with Provençal pastel portraits and floral decor.  Ninety-two years old, and still living strong, grandmere prepares a decadent luncheon of poached cauliflower, Spinach, Radishes, Kiwi and seasoned lightly with herbs.  Along with bread and cheese, and a plate of stewed lamb and rice.  There is nothing better in this world or more special than the old way.
